Cancellation Policy at Studio Orchidée For cancellations within less than 24 hours of your appointment, a fee will apply. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before your appointment, a fee corresponding to half of the reserved service will be required. If you do not show up to the appointment without any news from you, we will require the full price of the reserved service. Thank you for understanding. **COVID-19** The policy stays the same, however the fees will be credited for your next massage.
Arrival We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow yourself the necessary time to complete a health form. Late arrival will receive an extension of your scheduled service ONLY if time is available. Otherwise, you will receive the massage service for the remainder of the appointment and are still responsible for the full service fee.
What to Bring and Wear We provide slippers at the entrance, and robes in the massage rooms. During your treatment your body will be professionally draped at all times so it’s up to you whether you disrobe completely or leave your undergarments on for massage and body treatments.
Gratuities are appreciated, at your discretion. Envelopes for tips are provided.
